Setting up the shipment order was very easy and I was able to pay the full amount upfront via credit card. This was an attractive feature for me as the car was being shipped to my daughter and I did now want her to have to deal with paying cash. Car was picked up on the scheduled date and delivered on time. The car was extremely dirty. Not sure what type of condition it traveled through but a quick trip to the car wash cleaned it up. No visible damage to the exterior or interior of the car. Communication was good through out the process and I would recommend this carrier (eBro LLC).
