There were some hiccups but overall everything went fine, most importantly, the car reached fine. The pickup time is a window. Things also change slightly. Had to pay extra dollars because the truck driver felt things inside the car was way over the allowed hundred pounds for personal items. It wasn't the time to argue about weight and had to swallow the extra dollars. Something to think about.
