This was the first time we used a transport company for a Tesla we bought from a friend in Washington state. We're a bit apprehensive about the process, especially when the case involved a fixed day when the car had to be picked up. Rosie was the first one I dealt with. She explained our choices clearly, yet tried very hard to avoid the option involving higher cost. She delivered what she promised, never missed follow up calls on certain days she said she'd do. She made sure we knew every step of the whereabouts of the car and the case. Her colleagues I talked with along the way were all very professional and efficient. Now the car is delivered to us, safe and sound. We're very grateful for Montway, and very glad we made the right choice in selecting it!
