My car was picked up 4 days after what they initially told me. Every time I called, I was told the days are only estimates which I wasn't told when signed up with them. I won't use them again in future.

Montway truly appreciates you taking the time to submit your review. Whether good or bad we depend on responsible customers such as yourself to inform us of their transport experience. That helps us so much more to improve our service. Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are only estimated, and the auto transport industry is much different than the package delivery industry due to different factors: traffic -delays, detours, speed limits. Also weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup and delivery availability delays, weight station checks, police inspections, truck breakdowns, etc. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary by several days. We understand that this caused inconveniences for you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit goes as smooth as possible. However, we are very transparent of these terms as they are in our terms and conditions that all of our customers are aware of even prior to shipping their vehicles. Please refer to them as they are on our web site. https://www.montway.com/terms-and-conditions. Please note we estimate assigning a carrier within 1 to 5 business days. Even though our estimations are highly accurate, just over 95%, we still inform customers we can only provide estimated dates. We want our customers to be clear on these terms so they can make any necessary personal arrangements. Customer’s first available pick up date was 06/08/2017. We assigned a driver on 6/12/2017 which was within the 1-5 business days. The day we assigned the driver 6/12/2017 the customer received a dispatch notification that stated the estimated pick up date was 06/16/2017. If the customer was unhappy with the estimated pick up date he could have declined and we would have continued looking for another driver but he accepted the date. We are sorry the customer was not happy with his transport. If he has any other questions or concerns please have him reach out to us directly as we would be more than happy to help. Thank you
