Please allow me to explain Please note that Montway dates are estimated and not guaranteed, we do ask for 1-5 business days after the first available date to find a carrier.We are transparent with these terms as they are on our uship profile & written communication.The orders first available date was 5/13,the vehicle was dispatched 5/18 with pick up for 5/27 and delivery 6/1. We have tried to come to a mutual agreement with the customer in which he refuses. Thank you
