WORST COMPANY AND PEOPLE I EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE! STAY AWAY!!!

I scheduled my car to be shipped by Montway Auto Transport (Montway) on September 28, 2016. The credit card information given over the phone provided that Montway will pick up the vehicle for shipping to California the same day (9/28/2016). Montway was not able to pick up the vehicle as promised over the phone but charged me $204 dollars. I emailed Montway and canceled the same day since they did not deliver what was promised. The customer service rep Brandon L. was extremely rude and I did not feel comfortable with doing business with the company. I did however use movewheels.com for this service and am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and service.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The customer placed his order 9/28/2016 with that date being the first available pickup date. Please note Montway offers a 1 to 5 business day pickup window from the first available date. This information is provided at the time of booking, listed on our website and all email communications. We ask that every customer and/or potential customer please take the time and review all information on our website to ensure they completely understand our terms prior to booking. We understand that most of our customers have time restraints and although we do our very best to make accommodations we cannot guarantee dates. Unfortunately, we cannot control the different factors they may encounter during transit. The customer's order was placed at 7:32 am( 9/28/2016) and we assigned a carrier to pick up his vehicle at 8:49 a that very same day. The assigned carrier was to pick up his vehicle 9/30/16 and deliver the vehicle 10/12/16. We made a courtesy call to the customer as they do receive an email of the information once assigned a driver and it was at this point customer wanted to cancel the order. We informed him of our cancellation policy, per our terms and conditions which can be found on our website and all written communication once an order is created. At the time the customer refused to acknowledge the terms/policy and hung up on our agent, not sending the proper cancellation request. We are truly sorry that we have lost this customer’s business.
