I was upset when I went to pay for booking, I was hit with a $60.00 booking fee that was I was not advised of. Ad said car would be picked up in 5 days which it was. Delivery was supposed to take 5 days after pickup, but took 6. Dispatcher called at 1:00 pm to tell me carrier would arrive between 4-6 pm. I asked him to ask carrier to call me one hour before he arrived. I got a call at 4:00 pm from the dealership that I asked to have the car delivered to saying they were there. I asked the driver why he didn't call me and he stated he was never told to.
