Montway truly appreciates you taking the time to submit feedback about your experience. Please know your comments are taken very seriously, as we welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. We also appreciate your patience throughout the situation. Montway depends on responsible customers such as yourself to inform us of their transport experience.
Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic and ever changing driver schedules. Traffic delays, detours, speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup/delivery client availability delays, weight station checkups, police inspections, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, are just some of the issues that cannot be anticipated. We understand this is potentially inconvenient for customers. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary by several days. We understand that this caused inconveniences for you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit goes as smooth as possible. We want our customers to be clear on these terms so they can make any necessary personal arrangements.
Your first available date for pick up was 1/31/2017 and your vehicle was picked up 2/1/2017. As you may or may not know over the last (2) weeks there were tremendous storms in California, Oregon, and Washington. This did affect the driver’s route that was delivering your vehicle. Which, unfortunately did impact the delivery of your vehicle. This is an act of God and this is one of the many reasons dates can never be guaranteed. Our goal is to transport your vehicle safely, never to inconvenience our customers in any way.
Montway most certainly apologizes for the inconveniences. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible. If there is anything else we can assist you with please let me know as I'd be glad to help.
