I was on a tight time budget. I was only in Florida for one day and I needed my car to be picked up that day. I paid a little extra but they picked up the car on schedule and back to the airport I went. The driver was running late but the dispatcher came and got the car as promised and everything went smoothly. the car was picked up and delivered on time and communication was great between the dispatcher, the driver and me.
