OMG! I was so scared to have my vehicle transported this way. There was a hiccup with the pick up time in that I was told my vehicle would be picked up 2-3 days before I left but when I did not hear from the transport company, I followed up with them and was told that my vehicle would be picked up after the date that I would no longer be in California. Fortunately my neighbor was able to hand off the keys to the driver and it worked out perfectly. Communication with the transport company was great! But the best thing was the driver who picked up and delivered my car. He was in contact with me every step of the way and took exceptional care of my car. Al was awesome and the whole experience was exceptional except the minor hiccup with regards to the pick up date. I would definitely use this transport company again. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and understanding.
