Very reliable - have transported Car twice - Once the paperwork is done you need not worry about anything else - My experience with them had been that they are always conservative in promising but over deliver as per what we want.
There was some back and forth when i asked for Top loading of my car as they charged me extra for that, other than that the process is pretty transparent and you also get the details of the driver moving the vehicle from who you can get regular periodic updates on the progress - they also indicate the ETA for delivery and promptly let us know if there is any delays.
Both my transactions and move with them have been seamless and i am very happy and will definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to move their vehicles anywhere is US.
