Good communication. Even though a problem occurred with delayed delivery. It worked ok for us. We were kept informed and I felt comfortable that things were under control. The pick up and delivery were completed without difficulty and the car was delivered without any mishaps. The small amount of "non-insured" items I put into the car were undisturbed.
