Car arrived in good condition but scheduling pickup was long

I found the overall service of the drivers to be very good but the Montway team misled me a bit. The car was picked up almost a week later then what they told me would be the outside date. When i followed up with them, the customer service rep was rude to me and was not as kind as the person who initially helped me schedule the pickup.
