It took longer than expected to be allocate a driver . They are a broker mainly , they claim they are both but it was a bit of a frustrating experience at first . I place the order on march 23 and waited 10 days before they found a driver for me .Once I told them i was about to cancel and use another transport company , suddenly a driver was allocated the same day .
That said ,once the driver was allocated . He called when expected , picked up when expected and delivered when he said he would . The transport coast to coast was much quicker than I expected . The car was delivered with no damage , The driver Arthur was awesome, very reliable . Called my friend who was receiving the truck for me the day before and again 2 hours before reaching the destination .It went without a hitch . Very courteous and would highly recommend him .
I was charged an additional 100 dollars than the quote I got on line but could live with that , it was still comparable or a touch below some other quotes. The chat works well , you can get someone on chat very quickly.
