I got the runaround from another auto shipping company before reaching out to Montway. Lesleigh and Nicholas at Montway were very honest and open, and they did an excellent job communicating with me! They let me know of expected delays because of bad regional weather and the holidays. Lesleigh kept in close contact with me, nearly daily by phone and/or email. They respected my requests for how/when I wanted my vehicle transported. They did an absolutely excellent job. They did not push me on upping my bid, but we eventually decided to raise it $100 to increase driver interest and to get me a driver. I felt they handled the whole process professionally.
