Overall very happy. Literally within about 27 hours of setting up the transport the car was picked up in California. The only down side was that the person I bought the car from was told to be ready on Tuesday so he took the day off and they ended up picking the car up at 10pm....that said, it's my experience that moving a car is more or less like moving your house, you have to accept variability and all in all both myself and the seller were very happy to get the car picked up and on its way. Additionally, I set up the transport Monday evening around 8pm from Texas and the car was picked up at 10pm in California on Tuesday, couldn't be happier about the rapid pick up! The car arrived a day earlier than they had anticipated and I was very happy with that. I will say that the driver called when he was about an hour out on Saturday evening and asked if it was too late to drop off that night, I was excited about the car so said to come on in. I could see how a delivery a day early and with an hour's notice could have been problematic, but again when I got the call it was clearly a question of whether I could do it that night or if they would have to wait until the morning, so all in all I think it would have worked out and let me plan for the next day if I wasn't able to accept delivery that night. I have moved several vehicles over the past 5 years, I would say this was the fastest pickup and prompt delivery that I have experienced, the fast pickup was really appreciated and made things move smoothly....I would highly consider going back to this carrier in the future.
