Montway Representative, Richard K. and Iberia LLC Driver/Owner Vaja were outstanding and the entire experience for me,as a customer was excellent. All parties kept in touch at all phases and car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. This was in spite of Vaja experiencing tornado-level winds in the mid-west, closure of I-70 for a massive rock slide in Glenwood Springs Canyon, being rerouted on 2-lane mountainous, curvy roads to detour around the rockslide, and then being caught in a total white-out ice storm in the mountains of northern Colorado with the roads ultimately being closed. In spite of this, Vaja delivered the vehicle in 4 days to a destination we arranged due to the detour.VAJA TRULY DESERVES A MEDAL FOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM.
