It took longer than forecasted to get a driver assigned to my car. This was a little disappointing, but apparently there were no drivers, with an enclosed trailer, available. It took one week longer than my original requested pickup. The car arrived within 2 days and the driver did a great job communicating with me, in terms of where he was at, and when I could expect to see him. Regrettably, my convertible (soft top) car was not top loaded and it being winter other cars dripped on to my car. I hadn't requested top load, so this was something I'd do for future transports. Needless to say, my brand new car now has to undergo detailing to clean it up from the trip.
