This was the first time I had transported a vehicle and must admit being a bit apprehensive in handing over money and my daughters car to a complete stranger. It felt weird seeing the carrier drive off with the car on board. I felt better after contacting the driver and the dispatcher to verify status of location and delivery date while it was en route. I was able to call both the driver and dispatcher and speak to them. The dispatcher was very reassuring and understood my concern. My daughters car was delivered exactly in the same condition as it left my house.

Glad to know that this is viable way to transport a vehicle with this company. I highly recommend it.
