both Montway and the 3rd party carrier communicated well and executed effectively. would use the service again.
the online line bid process was simple and effective, once the trip was booked, the dispatcher communicated immediately (3PM Sunday). Once the 3rd party hauler was set, they picked up and delivered. was surprised that it only took 5 days from bid to delivery.
