Process was very easy, used on-line quoting service an did receive several quotes from Montway - waited about a week and cost came down and leveled out. When I called on the phone - telephone quote was higher than internet quote - but they easily agreed to internet quote when I mentioned it. Pick up was within days of earliest time car was available and delivery was 2 days after earliest delivery date that I could arrange with my schedule. I was kept informed by telephone all the way so we were fully prepared for the delivery.
Car was quite dirty when I received it - but it was open carrier and my car was on top right over the cab - so it was covered with bugs - but I am not sure there was anything that could be don about that. Driver was very pleasant - we met at local food store as he was concerned with taking truck into my development due to tree cover and concern about scratching the top of the car. He drove car to my house and we drove him back to his truck.
Overall it was a very easy transaction and all went well.
