The car was dirty on arrival, but I expected that. It was an open carrier. Pickup and delivery were prompt and well communicated. It was a pain to meet up with the driver for pickup and delivery, but not the fault of the driver. The truck wouldn't make the turns into subdivisions and roundabouts, so I had to make arrangements to meet the truck at accessible locations. It required coordination with someone providing transportation to and from the pickup/drop off points. I am not knocking them for this, I simply wanted to point out some of the challenges people may face when using the transport. It is not white glove treatment if that is what you are looking for. It will get your vehicle from point A to point B, but it may involve a bit of effort on your part to make it happen. I would use Montway again with no hesitation. I was offered some sort of incentive to make a review, but I want to be clear my review is wholly objective. I want the next person interested in the service to have clear expectations of what the service provides.
