I ask Google "Who is the best rated auto delivery company" and emailed this company.***ALL*** communications are returned withing moments.
Being a retired investigator and skeptic I log all communications because of horror stories about moving and shipping companies, just in case. It is to this end I can report that I spoke with Chris who handled my order and then had daily help from the dispatching gang of Tim, Marc, Wes, Richard, Austin and Itwin. To them I would like to apologize for all of my calls even though they at all times were friendly and had all of my information and answers to my questions right at hand.
Today it sometimes is difficult to find a company that will tell you what they can and will do for you and the follow through with what they say, good job Montway for just doing your jobs.
