Montway provided excellent customer service . The first company was dispatched was unable to load my dodge ram 1500 because of oversized tires. Even though they were unable to take the truck, the driver (from N Carolina) was extremely polite and couteous. He even waited for me to have a locksmith remove a 300 dollar hitch. The second company was dispatched within 2 days. Constant communication was maintained from Montway via email. Approximate pickup dates and delivery dates were sent to keep me aware of what was going on. The driver for the second company, Rocky Top Carriers, was very experienced. He had been an over the road driver for 20 years before starting his own company. He spent almost an hour securing the truck on the trailer, and double and triple checking everything. I felt very comfortable with him taking the truck, which also had a custom 5 inch lift. The truck arrived in virginia 2 days after pick up without any problems. I would definitely recommend Montway and Rocky top auto transport, and would definitely use both again.
