The customer service I received from Montway was exceptional! The two reps I talked to (sorry don't remember their names) were extremely helpful and friendly and made shipping my car very easy. Montways quote was very straight forward and their were no hidden fees. I paid in full ($1395) to avoid COD.

The shipment of my car was brokered out to another company and both reps told me this would likely be the case, as Montway does not typically have routes between MA and CA. After my car was assigned to the car carrier I had no other contact with Montway other than a follow up email ensuring my car arrived and that there were no problems.

The company that actually shipped my car was A1A Transport Inc. This company did a fantastic job and I could not be any happier. I had a range of dates open to have the car picked up and had a specific date it could not be delivered before as I was moving to CA. The driver (maybe owner too?) Mike called and gave me the option of when I wanted to have my car picked up. I literally got to choose the day and time for him to pick up my car. I picked Saturday at noon and he was there!
He arrived in CA the day I flew in (5 days later, on Wednesday) and delivered my car that night. He originally was going to meet me by the airport, but my flight itinerary changed and I got in later than originally planned. I had the option to get it the next day but I chose to have it delivered that night. He had an extremely bright light and went over the whole car with me as I inspected it. No damage, no problems! I would definitely recommend A1A Transport Inc to anyone looking to ship their car.
