From the minute the carrier connected with us via cell phone to the actual pick up, we felt
very comfortable....very courteous....handled our car with great care....explained the approx-
imate time table. He also gave us an fair assessment of the delivery schedule to SLC and how
many other vehicles he would be carrying. Very outgoing, pleasant to work with....checked
immediately on a potential billing problem at the unloading site and resolved the situation very
quickly. Great guy. Very conscious during unloading of neighborhood and making sure no damage
was done to trees....on the unloading zone. Outstanding individual.
