I have reported the afore mentioned in this fashion for the following reason. The initial pickup flaked out and it took Montway 14 days to find a replacement shipper. Montway did not prioritize a replacement shipper until faced with a fee refund demand from me. Now having said that once I made them aware that something had to be right away to pick my car up, Montway was superb in locating a replacement shipper ( Arizona Shippers ) in one day, now that is service !
The driver of the shipping truck ( Cosmo I believe he said his name was ), was a very responsible, focused, and pleasant young man to deal with. He was patient and caring when we realized that the # that I had for the order was not the correct one and I had to delay him while I waited to get the correct # from U-ship. I was very pleased with this man and his hard work ethic, you don't see that much anymore. Not to mention he made RECORD time in the transit, I can't believe the how short a time he made to me all the way from South Carolina !
So what I would say is what started off badly, wound up ending with a happy ever after ending
