The arrangement for pickup wiht the broker was easily coordinated and convenient. The owner/operator contacted me exacty when they said they would and, although i offered to drive the car to a more convenient location, the pickup was made at house anyhow (much more convenient for me). The owner/operator explained the inspection process and then together we inspected the vehicle which eliminated any potential for issues. Drop off was coordinated adn curteous. This company was recommended to me by a friend and i woudld recomment to anyone. I will use them again next year. Overall, this was easier than I expected.
