The transport took just one day once the vehicle was picked. Took a week to schedule vehicle pick-up, but area was hampered by a heavy snow storm which likely contributed to the delay. My only disappointment is that instead of communicating the snow storm I was told that the dealer would not release the vehicle. I would have appreciated a honest assessment rather than a fabrication. I had to call the dealer to find out why the car was not picked-up. This I might add was very frustrating considering my payment had been made in full. Nevertheless I now have the vehicle and I am very satisfied.
