I chose Montway because of the reviews I read online and the fact that they are one of a few auto tranport companies that are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. And I did not regret my decision.

It was easy to make the initial payment and deposit online. Closer to the pickup date, the company they assigned to you (I was assigned to NW Auto Transport LLC) calls you to confirm a pickup date. The driver then contacts you within 24 hours of that day to let you know they will pick up the car that day. I had a slight issue with this because I waited for their call all day - they were suppose to give me a 1 hour notice before they arrived. I called NW Auto Transport early in the morning to see if they could give me a time estimate, but they had no information - they could only tell me that it'll be late afternoon. By 5pm, I called them again and they said it would be later in the evening - after 7pm. Their offices close at 6pm and I could not reach anyone after 7. Nobody called or came by that day. The next morning, I called them again and they told me I was the first pickup that day because the driver got delayed. They ended up picking up my car around 10am the next morning.

They gave me an estimate that the car would arrive between 5-7 days and they were early. I got my car the day my flight landed in Texas. I was still at the airport when they called me for drop-off so the driver asked me what time I would be available. I gave him an estimate of 2 hours - so he waited until that time to call to arrange a drop-off.

It's door-to-door service like they said. My car arrived in one piece with no dents or scratches. The car was dirty because it was transported on an open truck, but that was expected. Overall, I had a great experience with Montway and NW Auto Transports and would recommend them and/or use them again if I need to.
