Quick and great service. The driver that came by to pick up my car was very courteous. He picked up my car and even let me take personal items in the car. Though Montway says they are not responsible for items left inside, I was confident that my items would be okay because it was going to be the same driver that was going to transport my car all the way to the drop-off point.
The only thing that I would warn potential customers about is that the truck usually cannot come all the way to your front door. My car was picked up down the street from my house... a couple of blcks away, actually. At the destination point, it was dropped off about 15 minutes from my home. That's okay with me because the truck that transports the car is very bi, and I don't expect "real" door to door service for the amount ofmoney that I paid, which was approximately $300 below the competitors.
