Montway acted as broker, M&T Transportation did the trucking. Pick-up was one day late (actually worked better for me) and would have appreciated heads-up ahead of time. Hence the 4/5 for promptness. All other customer service interactions were really quick.

Delivery would have almost been delayed (shipper said truck broke down) and I immediately looped in Montway who ensured it got to me on time. I still had to call the trucker again to actually get it on time, but all good in the end.
