The experience was wonderful except for 2 times.

1) I called Montway that I will be flying on 7th early morning and wont be available till I land in California, still they called me on the 7th morning and left a VM that the carrier is assigned and I should get in touch with them. When I landed, it was already late by 5 hours. Also, this delay made the pickup late by 6 more days.... luckily I had a friend who can have the car in his parking lot else, we would have been in a mess.

2) The driver at the pick up still insisted on us driving the car for 5+ miles from our apartment and continuously ignored me saying that the road to the apartment is wider and there is a big parking lot of a shopping plaze right across the street that can accomodate 25 such trucks at a time. My friend had to make him agree at a place 3 miles from his apartment and had to walk all the way back in cold weather after dropping the car for pickup.

The driver at the delivery point delivered the vehicle right infront of our apartment where the leading road is half the width of the road at the pickup point. That was a real surprise for me given the fuss created by the driver at the pickup point.

Overall, I am really happy with the experience though there was real problem during the pickup which was offset by my friends willingness to help. Things arent going to be so lucky all the time.
