The biggest issue for us was a guaranteed pick up date. I paid $200 extra for that as my wife was driving our car over the border and meeting the truck in Niagara Falls NY on a Saturday. Of course we had to have a snow storm that day, but even with that they picked up on time. Transit time was 5 days to Clearwater. The drop off was done very well, they were very flexible working with my work day and when I could meet them. Car was in great shape, I would use them again if I need to.
