My vehicle was finally assigned to a truck, yet the truck was unable to pick it up because it ended up having an electrical problem. I had to keep calling Montway inquiring about what was going on because I got an email saying a truck was assigned and someone would call, yet my contact person said no one had called them. Also, when you call Montway you're unsure if you have the right place because a man just says "hello." The company should make an effort to say who it is when answering phones so customers don't think they just have some random person on the other line.

The time it took to actually get my vehicle was only 5 days so this was good. I'm unsure if I'd actually use this company again,it depends on the price. I do not like that it took so long to assign a truck to my car because it really inconvenienced me being in another state for school and not having a vehicle. The delivery driver was very nice and that was a very smooth process though.

This was my first time ever shipping a car so I have nothing else to compare it too.Overall, had it not taken so long to finally have my vehicle picked up, I'd say it was a great experience.
