I scheduled my car as available for pickup for a Monday and over the weekend it was discovered that there had been some damage that needed to be fixed prior to shipment. I called the shipping company and explained the situation to which they were very understanding and were able to put the shipment on hold until I could get the car fixed. Once I gave them an updated date the car was available to pick up they apparently got right on it because within 2 days they had the car dispatched. The driver was great and took good care of my custom car in transit. It showed up with no scratched, dents, or anything just a little dirty from the long trip (no more than normal or expected). It was a great experience for me and I would readily use Montway again!
