I too had a terrible experience with Jason at Monster Shipping. After about three weeks of still not having a carrier lined up to pick up the car I bought, he wanted me to increase my "deposit" by $75.00, to "help speed thing up", which I did. Still no car. I left at least 4-5 messages a day for over one week and never received one phone call back. Also sent numerous e-mails and never received a reply back. When I was able to speak with Jason, he had no idea who I was and kept saying how busy he was. I finally was able to cancel my order with him after about a month and a half of false hopes. He did return my deposit after I had to threaten to sue. NOT RECOMMENDED!
