I had never before shipped a car. Letty is a pleasure to deal with. Helpful and open, answered all my questions directly. Gave an immediate quote, explained the process and we made the deal on Saturday afternoon. Car was to come from Georgia to Southern California. She estimated delivery at 7 to 10 days. Car was picked up on Monday and arrived Saturday, quicker than I had expected. Driver was pleasant and helpful. Car was undamaged and just as when it was loaded in Georgia. I would not hesitate to reccomend and use Monstar again.
