We were very pleased with the service we received from Monstar on transporting our SUV from Dallas to Portland. The SUV was picked up the day after we placed the order and it was delivered a day early. Letty was easy to work with and very responsive to all inquiries by both phone and email. The only thing that we found odd was that we had about a half a tank of gas in the SUV when it left Dallas and when it arrived in Portland the fuel light was on, indicating that there was practically no gas left. I suppose the gas was siphoned off at some point during transit, but I don't know if this is a common practice. If we ever ship a vehicle again, we'll make sure not to leave much gas in it.
