Early delivery after a day late pickup

The driver was originally late picking up my vehicle, but only by one day. Unfortunately, I was not notified by the driver of the pick up time and that it would be late. I called Letty to check up on the status. She quickly aided me in everyway possible to rectify the situation. All and all, though the driver picked up the car a day late, he still delivered my car at the earliest estimated time that was originally given. Letty called me to make sure that I was well informed and that there were no more complications through the trip. I was very pleased.

I read all the reviews on this site before deciding to go with Monstar. At first, I was running into some situations with the pick up and thought, "great. I'm going to be the first disappointed customer..." But everything was resolved so quickly and smoothly. That is a sign of a great company. Attentive, fast, courteous, well priced... I will definitely go Monstar again when I have another vehicle move.
