The pick-up driver was courteous and let me know he was in the area and needed direction to the place of pick-up. He called in the early afternoon but because of other deliveries was unable to arrive until 9:00PM but he had assured me that he would get there. Neverthless he did arrive and although it was dark, I showed him the one flaw on the car and we were both satisfied. His ability to maneuver the large auto carrier truck gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. The one woorisome issue was that we did not exchange any paper assuring either me or him that he had indeed received the car. (Of course, that did not matter because he indeed delivered the car to the proper address in California.) I heard from my son who received the car that he did not arrive the day before because of problems with his truck which required another vehicle to deliver the car. However, that did not create a problem.

I was very satisfied with the entire process which requred only minimal effort on my part. All done through the internet.
I did appreciate the comments and advice I received from the internet service on auto transport..
