Mr. Torosis,
we apologize for the experience you had with us, and take full responsibility. We do our best to meet all our customers needs, and unfortunately, some situations are out of our control. We actually do have our own trucks, but we do mostly local runs and sub-contract to carriers we use on a regular basis trusting that they will do a satisfactory transport experience. We do hope you come to us so we can give you a discount for your service due to your last experience. Again, my deepest apologies.
