I've used (or tried to use) brokers to ship vehicles before and the results have been spotty at best - sometimes it works out and other times it becomes a nightmare to get the move complete up to and including having to rent a car one way and drive the one I needed shipped back.

I looked for a broker to move a full size conversion van and immediately received quotes from brokers that were clearly looking to get my CC and could not care less about the actual move. When you see a quote for $300 to move a van 750+ miles, you know they are not serious yet I am sure they get people to think it will happen.

Robyn was up front and looked at what similar vehicles had moved for and were on the board now for. The price she quoted was based on reality and not what I wanted to hear. She had a driver within 48 hours and the driver she got was super - 45 years of experience and he showed great care in what he did. He stayed in touch all the way and the van got there when he said it would and not a mark on it.

I'd go back to Monarch in the future without a moment's hesitation as I know Robyn will give me a price that will get the vehicle moved and not just a low price that will never get picked up.
