Agent was very helPful. Both Mike and his wife HC promptly followed up with me via phone. They met my unique need to ship the car within the next 3 days. Pricing was very transparent. When the first carrier logistics were not cOnvenient to my schedule, HC immediately called me to find out what worked with my schedule and then called me 5 min later with a pickup scheduled within 90 mins.
The carrier was very professional. Infact my car had ignition troubles, he just jump started it and had me sign paperwork. Took 10 min overall. Car was delivered a day early. I would use Milky way again and whole heartedly recommend them. They made it so easy for me and delivered promptly and courteously.
