This was the first time I've ever had to ship a car, so finding myself in unfamiliar territory, it was a pleasant surprise to talk with Josh. His service was personable, professional, and helpful, and I felt assured that my car (the first one I ever owned) would get to me in good time and in good condition. Initially there was a little confusion about the price, undoubtedly because I didn't clearly understand his explanation at first, but once we clarified this the shipping was arranged promptly at the price I could afford. The shipping itself was efficient and the transporter cordial. Considering the distance involved, from DE to LA, it took a very short time before the car was delivered to a parking lot around the corner from my current residence. Thank you Josh, for your numerous phone calls to make sure I was happy with everything and for your patience with me in answering my many questions. You're a great salesperson, and if I ever need to ship my car again, I will not hesitate to contact you at Mercury Auto Transport.
