This is my first time shipping a car. I didn't know what to expect. The final cost was a little bit more than what was quoted, but still end up almost as low as the lowest. And Kat did explain to me that I have to accept what was quoted before they charge me the deposit. Kat was very patience and the driver was very nice. The car in an open carrier is expected to be dirty. A car wash took care of that. Both the pickup and delivery was on time and done professionally.
