We take allegations like this very seriously and want to ensure that every customer receives the service they were promised. Please note that we do not engage in fraudulent practices, and our goal is always to facilitate a smooth transport process.
If your shipment was canceled and a refund was promised, we sincerely apologize for any delay. Refunds typically process within a certain timeframe, and we’d like to investigate this matter further.
