I chose Mercury Transport going by the positive reviews on transpoet reviews website for shipping 2 sedans from AZ to IL. Ryan L Savage was helping me throughout the process from start to finish. I had put in my order with Mercury Transport a little over a month before my actual shipping date. Ryan explained enitre process to me and was patient with my questions. He gave me an intial quote of 1800$. Once we were 5 days out from the actual shipping date we started getting offers, the offer was 2400$ which we were able to bring down to 2250$ total for 2 cars. We selected the carrier and confirmed the order. The driver contacted me a day before confirming the location and time for the pickup. He showed up on time and took pictures of the cars and signed the documents. We got our cars on the exact delivery date promised and again the driver notified us half an hour before. The cars came in the same condition with no damage. All in all, satisfied with the experience, excellent communication from both Ryan Savage from Mercury and the Carrier. I would consider Mercury Transport again from my shipping needs. The bump in final price could be justified as we shipped in end of May 2024. This is not a paid review and is my actual first had experience.
