I apologize for the incredibly frustrating experience you had. Our agent did have multiple carriers available for you. Kris made several attempts to contact you via text, email, and phone to get your approval, but unfortunately, he couldn't reach you. By the time you called back, the carrier had already filled the spot, as they couldn't wait around as originally communicated when you first booked. I understand your frustration, but yelling at Kris on the phone was unwarranted.
