Have used Mercury twice now and have been very pleased with the level of professionalism. Communication is frequent and response time minimal to questions. Drivers were happy to provide updates and both deliveries were on time. My contact from Mercury Eric LA Gra did an excellent job of communicating how the pricing works and what to expect through the process. I would not hesitate to contact Eric for my future car carrier requirements.
